Axiom LA – LIBS Software

Axiom LA Software features ICP-MS data management & analysis tools that allow the selection of isotopes of interest and display their time resolved ICP-MS signals for comparative analysis. This yields estimates of integrated intensities & RSD values.

Additionally time resolved ICP-MS signals can be smoothed and TRSD (Temporal Relative Standard Deviation) statistics can be obtained. The powerful chemometrics software allows the user to visualize the variations between sets of LIBS data.

Based on Principal Component Analysis (PCA) & Partial Least Squares Discriminatory Analysis (PLS-DA), the LIBS Graphical Development Tool (GDT) identifies distinguishing spectral features & classifies tested samples. Access to the LIBS library is beneficial for confirmation of questioned substances.
